Rick Knight

Rick lives and breathes fly fishing. His passion began at the age of nine, tagging along on fishing trips and later deepening when his dad gifted him his first Winston rod and Hardy reel. More than 40 years later, that enthusiasm remains as strong as ever. Since 2010, he has been guiding on the rivers of Southwestern Montana, helping others experience the same thrill he feels every time he casts a line. When he’s not on the water, he spends his time tying flies, teaching, and preparing for the next season. A dedicated family man, Rick is a proud father of five and a grandfather who loves sharing his passion for the outdoors with the next generation.

Stephen Knight

Stephen’s enthusiasm for fly fishing is contagious, and every trip is filled with excitement and laughter. Known for his sense of humor and lighthearted approach, Stephen ensures that each outing is not only successful but also a lot of fun. It’s common to hear his boat before seeing it, thanks to the joyous sounds of jokes and cheers from fighting fish. When not on the water, Stephen enjoys hunting and cherishing moments with his loving wife and two wonderful kids. His family is a big part of his life, and they share his love for the outdoors and adventure. Whether it’s teaching the art of casting or sharing local knowledge, Stephen is dedicated to making every fishing trip a memorable adventure.

Mark Worden

There are very few people that you will ever run into that have been instilled with a love for the sport of fly fishing like Mark has.  This was passed on to Mark by his dad, the late Larry Worden.  Mark enjoyed many fishing adventures alongside his father, which included fly fishing mountain lakes in Oregon, rowing down the Green River in Utah, and drifting the majestic Bow River that flows through Calgary.  With this inheritance worth building on, Mark carries on his father’s enthusiasm for fly fishing as he casts his line on the rivers of southwestern Montana, and looks forward to sharing these gifts with others as a guide, a lifetime dream come true. Mark is also a skilled woodworker, creating custom landing nets to make sure the big one does not get away!  When Mark is not on the river in his RO Tailwater Skiff, he enjoys time with his wonderful grandkids, with his friends, and in the pursuit of helping others.  Viva Esperanza!
